How to use this deck

This is a conversation tool, not a hire-or-no-hire artifact. Walk through it with a candidate after an initial 30-minute conversation. Pair it with the relevant cofounder JD (Cofounder JDs) for role-specific scope. For ML/Infrastructure candidates specifically, also send the ML Lead Technical Brief.

What candidates ask after seeing this deck
